Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to take ownership of the end-to-end FP&A process for our event projects and act as a strategic partner to the Director and C-suite. This hands-on role requires agility in managing multiple priorities, navigating frequent changes, and building structure amid evolving business needs. You will design templates, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights that support both project execution and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end FP&A for event projects, including planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and pricing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting templates to track performance, trends, and seasonal impacts.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and management to gather insights, perform variance analysis, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting standardization, and provide actionable recommendations to the Director and C-level executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally in a project-based or fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and resilient, able to handle multiple priorities and frequent changes.
  • Experience in creating financial templates and dashboards is a plus.
