Project Manager (ACMV / Mechanical & Electrical – Construction)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) and M&E construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Monitor project progress, costs, and quality to ensure timely delivery

Prepare project reports, progress claims, and documentation

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and local authority requirements

Resolve site issues, technical problems, and coordination matters

Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction / ACMV / M&E projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and site coordination

Experience in handling project documentation, progress claims, and budgeting

Good communication and leadership skills

Familiar with Singapore codes and regulations (BCA, MOM safety requirements)

Ability to work independently and under pressure
