Adecco is currently partnering with a leading global healthcare technology organisation to appoint a Head of Project Management to lead their delivery function across Singapore & Brunei.
This is a critical leadership role overseeing the execution of large-scale medical technology and hospital infrastructure projects, with high visibility across commercial, operations, and finance leadership.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop a senior team of Project Managers
- Drive end-to-end project delivery excellence across complex healthcare environments
- Partner with Sales during tender phases (scope, feasibility, provide technical advice)
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning with Finance
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, and Customer Service
- Act as escalation point for critical, high-impact projects
The Talent
- 10+ years of project management experience, with proven team leadership
- Strong experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Experience in healthcare / medical technology / infrastructure projects is highly advantageous
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead experienced teams
- Hands-on, credible leadership style
