About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Junior / Associate Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior program managers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across multiple projects under a broader program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop in program and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities1. Program Coordination & Tracking- Support the coordination of multiple related projects under a shared program.
- Track program progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain program dashboards, reports, and documentation for internal visibility.
2. Cross-functional Alignment- Work with project managers and team leads to ensure project activities align with program goals.
- Facilitate communication across teams including product, engineering, operations, and business units.
- Assist in organising and coordinating program-level meetings.
3. Reporting & Documentation- Prepare status reports, updates, and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain documentation including RAID logs, program plans, schedules, and decision records.
- Ensure information is accurate, updated, and accessible.
4. Risk & Issue Support- Help identify program-level risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Monitor project escalations and support mitigation planning.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely resolution.
5. Process & Governance Support- Assist in establishing program governance structures and reporting rhythms.
- Support adoption of processes, templates, and best practices across teams.
- Contribute to post-program reviews and lessons-learned documentation.
6. Stakeholder Communication- Support communication with stakeholders at different levels.
- Assist in preparing summaries, program insights, and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment across program sponsors, managers, and project leads.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 03 years of experience in program coordination, project management, PMO, operations, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of project and program management concepts (Agile, Waterfall, OKRs, PM frameworks).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP (in progress), PSM I, or SAFe are beneficial but not required.
