Position Overview:

As a Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate), you will assist senior program managers in coordinating and managing the execution of various programs and projects across the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the agreed-upon scope. Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination: Assist in coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Project Tracking & Reporting: Support the tracking of project progress and performance, including monitoring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Prepare status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as product development, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of program deliverables. Communicate program updates and resolve any roadblocks or issues.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may affect program timelines or outcomes, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain program-related documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
  • Resource Management: Assist in managing resources and scheduling, ensuring that project teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify areas for improvement in existing processes and propose solutions to streamline operations and enhance program delivery.
  • Client/Stakeholder Communication: Support client and stakeholder communication by ensuring they are kept informed of program progress, issues, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field. Internships, academic projects, or volunteer experiences related to program management are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of program delivery.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.
  • Soft Skills:
