Position Overview:
As a Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) at MR Ingenieros SAS, you will support senior program managers in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program. Your role will involve ensuring that all project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of program components.
- Support the management of program timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
- Track program progress and ensure that milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including program plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating program meetings, ensuring that action items are recorded and tracked.
- Provide regular updates to senior program managers and stakeholders on the status of various program components.
- Identify and help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during program execution.
- Assist with the integration of different projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Help ensure that all program activities comply with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support post-program reviews and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive approach to challenges and a willingness to learn.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to working with engineering or technology teams is beneficial.
