Product Operations & Support Executive
What you'll do
- Onboard care agencies and families onto the Organisation platform.
- Provide user support (troubleshooting, guides, FAQs).
- Liaise with product team to report bugs, improvements, and new use cases.
- Prepare training guides, video walkthroughs, and user documentation.
- Track product usage and feedback to improve customer experience.
What we need
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, or related.
- 1-3 years in customer support, product ops, or SaaS environments.
- Strong communication skills - able to explain tech simply to seniors & caregivers.
- Empathy and patience a people-first approach.
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, social services, or aged-care projects.
