Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)

Reinforce process technical support offshore on business critical units via equal time rotations.

=

Support new projects in particular integrating pre first oil with the production team on start-up preparations.

Support with Operations Readiness Team in particular activities related to Production Readiness Notice , First Oil and Flare out ( Back ground flaring) and transition to ops readiness projects as required.

+

Support production team with day to day optimization and troubleshooting in particular owning the process digital tools.

+

Lead investigation for process related incidents.

+

Ensure Start Up manual & production procedures are up to date and relevant.

+

Provide process engineer input for MoC as required.

+

Provide process engineer input supporting Operations in yard phase including OTP witnessing, project preparation i.e. document review e.g. P&IDs, operating manuals, PFDs, HAZOP

+

Focal point offshore for Operations Process Engineering

+

Capturing and detailing of Lessons Learned during yard and start-up phase.
