Principal – SAP FI/CO/PS
Job Summary
We are looking for a SAP Principal Consultant – FI/CO/PS to lead financial and controlling workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role requires strong domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own SAP FI/CO and PS workstreams in S/4HANA transformation programs
- Design and implement end-to-end financial solutions, including:
- Financial Accounting (FI)
- Controlling (CO)
- Project Systems (PS)
- Drive solution architecture aligned with S/4HANA Finance principles
- Manage full implementation lifecycle: blueprint, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
- Advise clients on finance process optimization and S/4HANA best practices
- Collaborate with SD/MM, technical, and data teams to ensure integrated solutions
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and governance oversight for project teams
- Support PMO activities, delivery assurance, and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 12 years of SAP implementation experience in FI/CO/PS
- At least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in Finance-led transformations
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Finance architecture and integration points
- Experience working in complex, multi-country or large enterprise environments
- Team leadership / PMO experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaking preferred for stakeholder engagement
