Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and committed Finance Manager to oversee full-set accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and experience in a structured corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-set accounting including AP, AR, GL, month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with statutory accounting standards.
• Oversee GST and WHT filings and assist in corporate income tax computation and submission.
• Manage treasury and cash flow operations, including payment processing, fund management, and banking matters.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial control and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities on audit, tax, and regulatory matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure operational excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement culture within the finance function.

Requirements:

• CPA, ISCA, ACCA, chartered accountant equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8-15 years of finance experience, with full-set accounting exposure.
• Proven leadership experience in a corporate or structured environment.
• Strong commitment, integrity, and ability to work diligently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Japanese firms or familiarity with Japanese business culture is an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
