Executive, Cost Control (Engineering / West)

Procurement Management

• Handle the complete procurement cycle, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier evaluation of Vessel, aircraft consumable components and healthcare products
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Supplier Negotiation and Relationship Building

• Negotiate competitive terms with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues to optimize procurement operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
• Proficiency with SAP and procurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
