On behalf of a growing real estate investment fund, we are currently seeking a Finance Director to lead and contribute to the development of its finance and accounting team.

Role Overview
The Finance Director will lead the firm's financial strategy, treasury management, capital structuring activities, while overseeing the financial accounting team.This role possesses financial leadership with hands-on capital markets execution, supporting the firm's growth through optimized capital stacks, liquidity management, and investor-aligned financing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury & Liquidity Management
- Design and implement treasury strategy aligned with investment and development cycles
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across multiple assets and SPVs
- Optimize banking relationships, credit facilities, and working capital structures
- Oversee FX exposure, interest rate risk, and hedging strategies where applicable
Financial Strategy & Investment Support
- Partner with investment team on underwriting, financial modelling, and deal structuring
- Provide strategic input on portfolio allocation, leverage strategy, and exit planning
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models including waterfall structures and sensitivity analyses
- Support capital raising efforts including preparing investment materials and investor reporting
Financial Control & Reporting
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes
- Manage external auditors, tax advisors, and financial consultants
- Establish robust financial governance across SPVs and investment vehicles
Stakeholder & Investor Management
- Act as key interface with lenders, investors, and financial partners
- Present financing strategies and portfolio performance to senior stakeholders
- Support investor communications related to capital structure and financial performance
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline, with CFA / CA.
- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, private equity, or structured finance
- Preferably with experience in mezzanine debt financing, structured credit, or hybrid capital solutions
- Experience working within or alongside real estate investment platforms or developers
