Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for BFSI clients. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, driving digital transformation initiatives across cloud, application, and data platforms. The Solution Architect will be responsible for shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures, supporting both pre-sales and delivery phases, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Skill-set
- 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to solution architecture;
- Proven experience in BFSI industry (banking, insurance, financial services);
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP);
- Experience in Microservices and API architecture;
- Experience in Integration platforms and middleware;
- Experience in DevOps / DevSecOps practices;
- Enterprise system design and distributed systems;
- Good understanding in Data architecture and analytics platforms;
- Good understanding in Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (BFSI context);
- Good understanding in ITSM / ITIL practices.
Desired Skill-set
- TOGAF / Architecture frameworks (preferred);
- Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure) (preferred);
- PMP or equivalent (preferred).
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture;
- Design end-to-end solution architectures across application, cloud, integration, and data domains;
- Define scalable, resilient, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards;
- Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (microservices, API-first, event-driven);
Digital Transformation & Modernization;
- Lead modernization initiatives (legacy transformation, cloud migration, platform re-architecture);
- Recommend architecture strategies using cloud-native and automation approaches;
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering);
Client Engagement & Presales;
- Engage clients to understand business requirements and translate into solution blueprints;
- Support presales activities including solution proposal, effort estimation, and technical presentations;
- Articulate business value, ROI, and technology roadmap to stakeholders;
Delivery Leadership;
- Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle (design → build → deploy);
- Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation;
- Govern architecture compliance, quality, and risk management;
Technology Strategy & Innovation;
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Automation, Data platforms);
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within solution offerings;
- Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and reference architectures;
Governance & Standards;
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards;
- Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and technical standards.
