Lead discovery sessions and articulate technical requirements, crafting high-level solution architectures that map to client strategic outcomes.
Conduct live demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs, tailoring delivery to executive and operational stakeholders.
Develop and present ROI analyses, TCO models, and business cases to support and accelerate cloud adoption decisions.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs alongside sales, preparing detailed solution documents and cost estimations that address organizational and technical requirements.
Liaise across sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, seamless project handover, and robust solution implementation.
Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities by leveraging insights from ongoing client engagements and cloud technology trends.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client and partner stakeholders to drive ongoing solution expansion and organizational loyalty.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in presales, solution design, or cloud architecture, preferably within leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture best practices, cloud security, and migration methodologies cloud certifications highly valued.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technically complex solutions to both C-level/non-technical executives and operational teams.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a strong track record of effective internal and client collaboration.
