Job Title: OSS/BSS Consultant – Pre-Sales

Location: On-site – Singapore

Job Type: 6 month Contract (Chance for extension).

About The Role

We're hiring on behalf of a leading client in the telecom space who is looking for an experienced OSS/BSS Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team on-site in Singapore. This is a critical customer-facing role for someone with 5–10 years of telecom OSS/BSS experience, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to drive value in complex environments.

Important: Applicants must already have the right to work in Singapore. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including discovery sessions, solution scoping, and architecture planning.
  • Design and propose high-level OSS/BSS solutions across service fulfillment, assurance, CRM, billing, and network inventory.
  • Deliver impactful demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to telecom clients.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-structured technical proposals and documentation.
  • Liaise with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of solutions.
  • Stay on top of industry trends including TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, Open APIs), digital transformation, and OSS/BSS innovation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in OSS/BSS roles within the telecom sector.
  • Strong domain expertise in areas such as:
  • Service provisioning and orchestration
  • Network inventory and activation
  • CRM and billing systems
  • Fault and performance management
  • Experience with major OSS/BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of system integration, API design (REST/SOAP), and telecom solution architecture.
  • Experience with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and BPR (Business Process Reengineering) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with proven success in client-facing roles.
