Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director based in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will oversee the organization's project management office (PMO) to ensure the alignment of all projects with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include managing program activities, aligning resources with priorities, ensuring the successful delivery of project portfolios, improving business processes, and maintaining high-performance standards across project teams. The individual will also be responsible for communicating progress to stakeholders and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Program Management and Project Management with a track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and identifying areas for operational optimization
  • Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management and prioritizing projects to align with strategic goals
  • Experience in Resource Management to allocate and optimize resources across various projects
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous
