PMO Manager / PMO Director

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. As a PMO Manager / PMO Director, you will lead program and project management activities across the organization. Responsibilities include implementing efficient business processes, managing resources, overseeing project portfolios, and ensuring key projects align with business strategies. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to support successful project execution and provide leadership in identifying and addressing opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Program Management and Project Management, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Skills in Business Process Improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency
• Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and allocating resources effectively to meet strategic goals
• Strong capabilities in Resource Management and aligning workforces with organizational priorities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Familiarity with construction, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
