Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director, located in Singapore with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will oversee program management activities, manage project portfolios, and align projects with organizational goals. Responsibilities include improving business processes, optimizing resource allocation, streamlining workflows, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in Program Management and Project Management with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management, including tracking and assessing project performance within the portfolio
  • Expertise in Business Process Improvement and strategizing for operational efficiencies
  • Competence in Resource Management to optimize the allocation and utilization of project resources
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with leading PMO tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
