Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a combination of onsite and remote work arrangements. As a PMO Manager / PMO Director, you will oversee program and project operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your responsibilities include managing project portfolios, improving business processes, allocating resources effectively, and driving successful project management practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to lead and oversee initiatives effectively.
• Strong skills in Business Process Improvement to streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and the ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives for strategic alignment.
• Experience with Resource Management to optimize team performance and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in technology or AI-related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields; PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
