This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will oversee program management and project portfolio management activities to ensure successful delivery of organizational objectives. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, standardizing project management practices, and driving business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Program Management and Project Management to effectively oversee and deliver complex initiatives.
  • Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management to prioritize and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
