Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager/PMO Director, based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing program and project management efforts, optimizing business processes, managing project portfolios, and allocating resources effectively. The role involves ensuring projects align with strategic goals, monitoring progress, and driving continuous improvement in project execution and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management processes
• Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management
• Experience with Business Process Improvement to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
