Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director, based in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will be responsible for overseeing program management processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving operational excellence. Daily tasks include managing the project portfolio, coordinating resource allocation, spearheading business process improvements, and implementing best practices for project management governance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Program Management and Project Management
  • Strong skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management
  • Experience with Business Process Improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing strategic frameworks to optimize project outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus
