Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director located in Singapore. The role allows for a combination of in-office work and remote work. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will be responsible for overseeing program management activities, implementing effective project management frameworks, managing project portfolios, optimizing resources, and driving business process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities also include ensuring that projects achieve their goals within scope, budget, and timeline, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Program Management and Project Management methodologies to lead and deliver projects successfully.
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management for prioritizing and managing multiple projects to achieve business goals.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
  • Skills in Resource Management for effective allocation and optimization of team and organizational resources.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to align teams and stakeholders toward common objectives.
  • Familiarity with PMO best practices, tools, and software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; certifications in PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
