Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore that offers the flexibility to work from home while conducting necessary on-site duties. As a PMO Manager/Director, your responsibilities will include overseeing project portfolio management, driving business process improvement initiatives, managing resources, and ensuring effective program and project management processes. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational strategies, ensuring successful execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Program Management and Project Management to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
- Proficiency in Business Process Improvement to identify, propose, and implement enhancements to organizational workflows for better efficiency and outcomes.
- Skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and guide teams across varying levels and functions.
- Familiarity with the audiobook, publishing, or personal development sectors is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
