Pharmacy Operations Technician (Healthcare warehouse/ Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, repack and store incoming medication stock

• Process medication orders and ensure accurate picking & packing

• Perform quality checks before dispatch to healthcare institutions/patients

• Manage inventory control (cycle count, stock take, replenishment)

• Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipment/stock issues

• Support billing, documentation and system updates (ERP/informatics)

• Assist in housekeeping, compliance and SOP adherence

• Participate in process improvements and team support activities

Requirements:

• Possess Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, pharmacy or healthcare operations

• Good attention to detail and accuracy (medication handling critical)

• Able to work in fast-paced inventory / distribution environment

• Familiar with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage

• Team player with willingness to learn and follow SOPs
