WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

. Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods

. Ensure accuracy of inventory records, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies

. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to meet delivery schedules

. Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient warehouse layout

. Enforce safety and security protocols to protect warehouse staff and property

. Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures

. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices

. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse activities, performance, and inventory levels

Skills

. Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics

. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures
