Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and minutes.

  • Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.

  • Support tracking of projects and follow-up actions.

  • Manage confidential information and maintain proper records.

  • Assist with event coordination and travel logistics.

Education & Experience

  • Tertiary Education & above.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate / communications environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Able to multitask and work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Digitally savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
