Executive Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare, proofread, and review communications (emails, reports, presentations) on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (investors, partners, regulators) and internal teams.
Strategic Coordination
- Attend and document key leadership meetings; track and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Assist with business planning, market research, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments (Tech, Compliance, Marketing) to execute high-priority initiatives.
Industry-Specific Duties
- Monitor and synthesize updates on crypto regulations, global market trends, and emerging opportunities for the CEO.
- Provide support with compliance activities, including licensing and AML/KYC documentation.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Address ad-hoc requests and manage time-sensitive tasks as required.
- Translate documents and communications and liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, strategic analyst, or project manager within crypto, fintech, or traditional finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and handle translations.
