Job Summary
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the CEO's daily operations and priorities. This role requires strong discretion, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing a fast-paced and dynamic workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of CEO.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Support the CEO in tracking projects, deadlines, action items, and follow-ups across departments.
- Handle basic office administration such as procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Any adhoc duties required by the CEO
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- Prior experience as a PA, Admin Executive, or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
