Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Manage the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Perform personal errands as needed.
  • Manage expenses and process invoices and receipts.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
