Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Perform personal errands as needed.
- Manage expenses and process invoices and receipts.
- Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
