We are looking for a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support the Group CEO in daily operations, scheduling, and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting materials, reports, and minutes.
Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
Support tracking of projects and follow-up actions.
Manage confidential information and maintain proper records.
Assist with event coordination and travel logistics.
Education & Experience
Tertiary Education & above.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate / communications environment.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Digitally savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
