Are you a master of administrative efficiency with a passion for building a thriving company culture We are looking for a People Operations Executive to be the operational backbone of our team. This isn't just a desk job, you will blend HR analytics, creative event strategy, and AI automation to create an enjoyable employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
1. People Ops & Payroll
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new joins and insightful offboarding.
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records and leave tracking.
- Act as the point of contact for health insurance, wellness programs, and company perks.
- Keep our operations airtight by staying ahead of Singapore's labor regulations (MOM/TAFEP).
2. Events & Culture (The Not Desk-Bound Part)
- Lead the logistics for company retreats, external workshops, and offsite events.
- Plan and execute monthly team-building activities, festive celebrations, and town halls.
- Curate strategic events designed to improve collaboration and boost company culture metrics.
- Showcase our story through social media to attract top talent.
3. Business Operations & Innovation
- Ensure the workspace is functional, stocked, and inviting for everyone.
- Implement AI-driven tools and automation to eliminate manual work and optimise workflows.
- Identify and apply for government grants (WSG, ESG, SkillsFuture) to support team growth.
- Analyse People Dashboards to advise leadership on talent strategy and headcount growth.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and payroll compliance (Willing to learn)
