Role Overview
This is not a typical product sales role.
You will be selling configurable AI solutions - where every client requires a different approach. Success in this role comes from understanding problems deeply and shaping AI capabilities into practical, deployable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities where AI can solve operational or business challenges
- Engage clients to co-develop customized AI solutions (e.g. predictive analytics, automation, smart monitoring)
- Translate client requirements into solution concepts with technical teams
- Drive the full sales cycle: concept → proposal → customization → deal closure
- Work closely with R&D to refine and adapt AI products for different use cases
- Build long-term partnerships with clients adopting AI transformation
What We're Looking For
- Experience in solution selling / technical sales / consultative sales
- Ability to understand both technical concepts and business needs
- Strong problem-solving mindset (not just product pitching)
- Interest or exposure in AI, data analytics, IoT, or digital platforms
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customization-driven environment
