We are looking for a commercially driven professional to lead the growth of our customizable AI and digital solutions, helping clients turn complex problems into intelligent, data-driven systems.

Role Overview
This is not a typical product sales role.

You will be selling configurable AI solutions - where every client requires a different approach. Success in this role comes from understanding problems deeply and shaping AI capabilities into practical, deployable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities where AI can solve operational or business challenges
  • Engage clients to co-develop customized AI solutions (e.g. predictive analytics, automation, smart monitoring)
  • Translate client requirements into solution concepts with technical teams
  • Drive the full sales cycle: concept → proposal → customization → deal closure
  • Work closely with R&D to refine and adapt AI products for different use cases
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients adopting AI transformation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in solution selling / technical sales / consultative sales
  • Ability to understand both technical concepts and business needs
  • Strong problem-solving mindset (not just product pitching)
  • Interest or exposure in AI, data analytics, IoT, or digital platforms
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, customization-driven environment
