What you will do:

Design, supervision, and contract administration of the following works for institutional/ commercial/ residential/ industrial projects:

1) Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Systems

Cooling load calculations

Pump selection and pipe sizing

Air handling equipment selection and duct sizing

Controls and building automation system

2) Fire Protection Systems

Fire sprinkler pump selection and pipe sizing

Wet/Dry riser system

Fire alarm system

3) Plumbing & Sanitary Systems

Hot and cold domestic water system

Sanitary drainage system

Town gas piping system

4) Preparation of system schematic and layout drawings

5) Preparation of technical specifications and drawings

6) Tender evaluation

7) Plan submissions to relevant authorities

8) Review of contractors technical submission and shop drawings

9) Verification of contractors progress claims

10) Monitoring of contractors site progress

11) Witness factory & site acceptance tests
