About the Role
Are you passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and eager to contribute to dynamic construction projects We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeller to join our growing team and support structural and M&E modelling activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate, detailed, and well-organized structural models using Revit (BIM) and/or AutoCAD.
- Develop, update, and prepare 3D models and shop drawings for client submissions and construction purposes.
- Produce high-quality 2D & 3D presentations and detailed design drawings.
- Generate plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings with proper annotations for tender and construction documentation.
- Maintain and enhance office BIM/CAD standards, including sheet layouts, layering systems, modelling processes, and drawing formats.
- Perform Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services modelling, including:
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
- Plumbing & Fire Protection Systems
- Power Distribution, Lighting, Communication & Security Systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure modelling accuracy and project compliance.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Certification from BCA BIM Modelling Course or equivalent.
- Certificate in BIM Revit (Architecture) preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in BIM modelling at an operational level.
- Exposure to Civil / Structural / Construction projects preferred.
- Proven involvement in relevant projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
