Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits management.
  • Assist in handling daily Human Resource operaitions duties, including filing and maintaining staff data in HRIS
  • Assist in office administration / facility duties, including but not limited to manage vendor invoicing, office utilities ordering whenever necessary
  • Support in organising company events and activities
  • Support ad-hoc P&C projects

Experience Required:

  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Possess approachable attitude, good at communication and interpersonal skill
  • Dynamic, customer-centric attitude
  • Detail-oriented and a good team player
  • Proactive and capable of multi-tasking
  • Workday experience is an advantage
