Job Information:
- Basic salary up to $2,800
- + Shift allowance + OT Payment
- Gross up to $3,300
- + AWS + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
- Working hours: 6 days per week rotating shift including overnight
- Location: Changi Airport
- Training provided!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate passenger flows and information with airline crew, in-flight staff, and airport ground teams, including during delays or disruptions.
- Perform document and boarding pass verification to ensure travel and security compliance.
- Guide, develop, motivate and mentor team members to upload the highest of service and discipline standards
- Greet and assist passengers throughout the check-in process, boarding gates, and arrivals.
- Handle service disruptions and prepare operational reports.
- Follow SOPs for safety, security, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma
- Proficient in English, additional languages would be a plus to communicate with international passengers
- Cheerful and outgoing personality
- Service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working shift hours
