We are hiring Contract Customer Service in Healthcare to be outsourced to many reputable healthcare organisations!

Job Description:

. Administer high volume of incoming phone calls and emails on a daily basis

. Handling enquiries/ feedbacks

. Registration of visitors/ patients at the counter

. Must be able to commit to OT when business needs arises

. Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

. Min. N Levels and above

. Candidates with some customer service experience will be advantageous

. Min. commitment of 3 months onwards
