Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
- Manage customer appointments and room reservations
- Attend to telephone inquiries
- Perform registration, payment collection, data entry and administrative duties to customer
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Experience not required, though it will be helpful
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Customer-centric with positive work attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality
- Singaporean or PR may need to apply
