Working Hours : 5-days work week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Working Location : Redhill E-Forum
Salary : $2,300 - $2,800 depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support experience to customers via relevant communication channels such as emails, phone etc, with a service-oriented attitude
- Pro-active in managing and responding to WhatsApp Group Chat with customers
- Provide administrative support such as data and consignment note entry and updating of records
- Establish + Maintain good rapport and build relationship with both prospective and existing customers
- Any other support to Supervisor, and as required
Criteria and Experience
- Proficient in English and Mandarin in order to be able to handle queries and requests from clients
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, confident and ability to work independently to solvev issues and deliver results
- Experiece in customer service or support role in courier company will be an added advantage
- Strong in Excel and other MS office applications
