Customer Service Officer

Customer Service Duties:

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages to assist customers with inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing details.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Assist Sales Director in sales enquries

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of local working experience
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service attitude and skills
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, emails
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Detail and deadline-oriented
