Work closely and assist the customer service team to:
a) Deliver and ensure professionalism and smooth customer service experience is delivered at all times to the all stakeholders
b) Ensure the reception area and studios are well-maintained, set-up for classes and welcoming for all stakeholders.
c) Manage front desk operations, taking attendance, guiding gymnasts to their assigned studios, update record on absent gymnasts and inform respective coaches accordingly etc.
d) Attends to parents and gymnasts and assist on uniform fittings, apparatus purchases etc.
e) Assist and support the CS team on managing the customer service email, whatapps and other communication in a timely manner with accurate information.
f) Support the CS team on all administrative matters such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, invoicing, merchandise inventory update etc
g) Support all marketing initiatives by providing information about programs, upcoming events etc to all stakeholders
h) Other ad-hoc duties as required
