Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling of product samples
  • Handle incoming calls/faxes/e-mails or serve walk-in customers on enquiries and confirmed orders
  • Liaise with customers and negotiate on prices
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders
  • Follow-up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers payments
  • Issue credit notes to customers if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • GCE N Levels or equivalent
  • Preferably 1-2 years working experience in customer service or field sales
  • Has initiative and positive learning attitude
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication skills and possesses good problem-solving skills
