Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Results

. Take ownership of outlet business performance including revenue, profitability, andoperational stability.

. Monitor key performance indicators and implement actions to improve business results.

. Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Marketing& Customer Growth

. Plan and execute outlet-level marketing initiatives aligned with HQ strategy.

. Drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and local promotional activities.

. Support customer relationship development and customer retention initiatives.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

. Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to maintain operational standards.

. Develop and train team members to maintain consistent service quality.

. Support the development of supervisors or assistant managers within the team.

Outlet Operations Management

. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain service standards.

. Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.

. Maintain outlet environment, safety standards, and customer experience.

Data Awareness & Reporting

. Prepare and submit operational reports including monthly performance reports.

. Monitor business trends and explain performance fluctuations when necessary.

. Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Compliance & Operational Standards

. Ensure compliance with company operational policies and regulatory requirements.

. Maintain safety, hygiene, and operational standards at all times.

Requirements

. Minimum 3-5years of experience in outlet or store management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, F&B, nightlife, or retail environments.

. Proven ability to manage outlet operations and deliver business performance results.

. Experience executing outlet-level marketing or promotional initiatives.

. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

. Comfortable working with operational data and performance reporting.

. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment or service environment.
