Marketing & Business Development Assistant Manager/Manager
Responsibilities
Product Knowledge & Strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products including their benefits, advantages and execute strategies to promote them effectively.
Business Development & Channel Expansion
- Establish and expand market channels by exploring new opportunities, including collaborations with organic shops and other retail partners to increase product visibility and sales.
Events & Customer Engagement
- Organise and participate in events, roadshows and client engagement activities to promote products and introduce new products and promotions to existing customers.
- Proactively promote products and be flexible in conducting sales activities both in-office and at external locations.
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Creative & Content Development
- Design marketing materials such as brochures and flyers and support both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
Operations, Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Oversee online order processing and coordinate inventory to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Manage and maintain warehouse operations including inventory organisation, stock control and workflow efficiency.
General & Administrative
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
