Train and mentor kitchen and service teams on Turkish food knowledge, ingredient usage, cultural dining practices, and customer engagement.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste profiles, and plating aligned with authentic Turkish dining expectations.
Collaborate with management on concept positioning, branding, and customer experience strategies for Turkish cuisine.
Support business expansion plans, including replication of kitchen standards and operational frameworks for potential multi-outlet growth.
Proven expertise in authentic Turkish cuisine operations, including in-depth knowledge of traditional dishes, spices, preparation techniques, and kitchen systems.
Prior experience working in Turkish restaurants or managing Turkish dining concepts in overseas markets (e.g., Turkey, Middle East, or other international markets).
Demonstrated ability to design menus and implement operational standards specific to Turkish cuisine.
Experience in training multicultural teams and transferring cuisine-specific knowledge effectively.
Familiarity with serving diverse customer groups, including Middle Eastern, South Asian, or international clientele.
Ability to communicate in relevant languages (e.g., Turkish, Hindi, or Urdu) to enhance service delivery for target customer segments is an advantage.
Strong understanding of different dining cultures, high-volume restaurant operations, and customer expectations across markets.
Experience supporting brand development and positioning of Turkish dining concepts.
Ability to contribute to business growth through concept standardization and operational scalability.
Exposure to multi-outlet or regional restaurant operations is highly preferred.
