At Aurelius, a Sales Manager leads from the front. You will run your own sales campaigns, manage your own team of Sales Executives, and take full accountability for results. For those who step into this role, it is the clearest pathway to running your own operation - your own team and your own sales campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives, driving daily performance and team morale

  • Run independent sales campaigns on behalf of our corporate clients, taking full ownership of targets and outcomes

  • Onboard and develop junior sales executive into confident, field-ready sales professionals

  • Coach and mentor your team through daily briefings, strategy sessions, and one-on-one development

  • Report campaign performance and team KPIs directly to senior directors

  • Identify new international market opportunities to expand client reach

  • Represent Aurelius's standards of professionalism and integrity in every client interaction


Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum one to two years of sales experience, with some exposure to team leadership or mentoring

  • A natural motivator who leads by example and holds their team to high standards

  • Strong communicator - equally effective in the field with clients and in the room with your team

  • Results-driven, accountable, and comfortable owning both wins and setbacks

  • Hungry to build something - not just hit a quota

Prior experience managing a sales team is an advantage. Proven individual performance with a desire to lead will also be considered.
