Roles & Responsibilities:
- New Business- Prospect/qualify and secure new accountswith oil and gas operators, contractors, and service companies.
- Client Relationship - Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key decision-makers, including Engineers, Ops Managers, and Procurement personnel.
- Primarily engage in field-based sales but will also assist with Telesales responsibilities when required.
- Willing to travel for client meetings or ad-hoc delivery tasks when required.
- Flexibility to participate in business networking events, exhibitions, or trade shows when applicable.
- Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned to support business operations and growth.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, results-driven and a customer-first mindset.
- Good working knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical details of our products/services.
- Exposure to outdoor sales activities such as prospecting, client visists, and door-to-door engagement will be an advantage.
- Existing network of contacts within the local oil & gas sector is an asset.
- Valid Class 3 driver's license is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- A Diploma in Engineering is an advantage or equivalent experience.
