Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving regional sales performance and a strong ability to manage both direct and indirect sales teams.

  • Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet business objectives, increase market share, and achieve sales targets for oilfield and gasfield equipment and machinery.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring high performance in securing new business and growing existing client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil and gas companies, contractors, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and provide regular sales forecasts, reports on key performance metrics, and insights into regional market conditions.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and expand the company's client base across the region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while driving successful deal closures.
  • Sales Budget Management: Oversee the management of regional sales budgets, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of sales initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage with key stakeholders.

. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to drive sales discussions and close deals.

. Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance tracking tools.

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and drive strategic decisions.

Other Requirements:

. Ability to travel regionally as required.

. Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
