We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving regional sales performance and a strong ability to manage both direct and indirect sales teams.
- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet business objectives, increase market share, and achieve sales targets for oilfield and gasfield equipment and machinery.
- Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team, ensuring high performance in securing new business and growing existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil and gas companies, contractors, and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and provide regular sales forecasts, reports on key performance metrics, and insights into regional market conditions.
- Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, penetrate untapped markets, and expand the company's client base across the region.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies and product offerings.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client while driving successful deal closures.
- Sales Budget Management: Oversee the management of regional sales budgets, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of sales initiatives.
